This ab making site was created because there’s a lot of confusion about how to get in shape. Getting your abs to show doesn’t boil down to some complex magical formula.
After trying several different types of workout programs I realized that I did not have the time to effectively implement those workouts. The stuff was crazy.
So I decided to experiment…
What I did was see if I could get ripped only working out twice a week at home. I finally arrived at a routine that is now called the Abs-Six Workout. There are six versions of this workout designed to carry a total beginner from hardly any exercise experience to becoming a total expert.
A lot of workout plans you’ll come across online will have you doing a bunch of complex lifts at a gym multiple times per week. The diets in these plans consist of several meals a day supplemented with numerous expensive supplements.
Those types of programs work if you can stick to them, but take a huge sacrifice to complete.
See most people cannot give up that much time to exercise and in fact what I’ve noticed is that workouts that are too complex often make people turned off from exercising all together.
It can really be quite alienating to think that in order to look good you have to do ridiculous exercises like dead-lifts, squats, and bench presses that come with a greater risk of injury.
That’s why I’ve developed a workout routine that builds muscle and gets you ripped doing basic body weight movements that humans have been doing since the beginning of time to look sexy. These movements can be achieved by people of any skill set.
And the best part is that it can all be done at home so you don’t have to spend time coordinating a trip to the gym.
I fully believe that my workout is a simple, powerful way to get ripped and be a healthier you.
